Great company if you have a bed bug problem. Pascal Proulx the technician was very friendly and informative. He was professional from the start and provided a bed bug treatment/removal plan that worked. This company knows you can not deal with a bed bug infestation with just one treatment. This is the first place i will look should i have a bug problem again.

Technician claimed I had no signs of pests even though I had evidence of them. Wasn't thorough, was rude and was in and out in a matter of minutes. Look elsewhere if you need an exterminator.

RegionX came into my home and proposed a treatment plan. When I expressed concerns and wanted to talk about it, he refused treatment and stormed out of my home. Extremely unprofessional. Shows you how much they care about their customers and how inflexible they are. Orkin came in, listened to my concerns, and came up with a treatment plan we were both happy with. We both concluded that the issue was not in my home but was coming from adjacent units.
