Total Fence

These people installed our fence and assured me the posts didn't need to have concrete footings so long as they were installed below frost line. Two posts have since popped out and part of my fence has fallen over. Kept promising to get back to me to schedule a booking to come fix, each time I had to follow up to ask what was going on and kept getting more empty promises. Once they get your $$$, there is ZERO customer service and their lack of follow-up on their word speaks volumes. Poorest customer service around. Would not recommend to anyone. I feel cheated. Have a look at my photos for the quality job you can expect from these "experts". TOTAL SHAM.

They installed lock for gate up high not me not grmom can reach. So I called and asked to move it lower and do some other here and there about installation. And no body respond to me. They simply put fence and forget it. So my husband did all work himself. If I recommend them to someone? No way!!!

Had an excellent experience with Total Fence. Kevin was very patient and provided schedule changes whenever there was delays. We had a few issues that were outside of anyone's control and Kevin went above and beyond to make sure we stayed happy with our product. A+

Had to deal with a lot of neighbors and we got lots of quotes. We ended up going with total fence and everything went well. There were rain delays but they kept us up to date. I like the locking mechanisms they put on the doors. Over all with a project of size (8 neighbors), it went well and I am happy with my final product!
