Every time I leave Reggie’s, I feel so grateful for the team there! It’s the first garage I’ve been to where I always feel confident and safe with whatever repairs are done. They are kind, honest and have great communication! This is my second vehicle they have taken care of for me. I recently bought a “certified/safetied” car through a private sale. After driving it for a couple days something didn’t seem right. So I took it in. There was no way this car was safetied or safe. They have been helping me get through this horrible experience. He even called me to make sure everything ok. It’s so nice to have a mechanic who cares and does everything the way it should be done. Not to mention I’m not being upselled like every other mechanic I’ve been too. Ridiculous. Double dipping when charging for a battery replacement. Retail price was $50 less than what I was charged. Always check part prices when dealing with mechanics.

Starting to realize who is reputable and who is not! This is not a reputable establishment. Taking advantage of people is not the way to do business. The quote for the work to be done today changed on the last conversation over the phone buy the owner! Hundreds of dollars more some how! What happened? Or is this who this establishment really is?

My exhaust was making a terrible noise and I immediately started to panic thinking the worst money wise. Reggies Automotive did a quick check and repaired it. They are a very courteous and professional shop and I definitely will use them again for all my automotive needs. Five stars hands down.Service: Exhaust
