My husband and I can take forever to make decisions on most home projects, changing our minds and plans numerous times Destinee and Ryan were unbelievably fantastic, spending time with us to help make some final decisions or to offer solutions when we came into roadblocks prior to the start of the project. Our flooring job the full main floor was done by El and Yusef. They were professional, friendly, kept us in the loop on the progress each day, were meticulous with their flooring cuts both on the floors and up the stairs and cleaned up the job leaving no remnants of their 4 days here. We noticed an issue with the stair nose' 24 hours later and El was at our house within 48 hours and corrected the issue. We have had so many compliments on our floors, providing us with an opportunity to share your support and great job with our family and friends. Thank you again End of the Roll !!! Jeff and I, our 4 kids and our gigantic dog love our new floors !!

I never leave reviews, but buyer beware! If I could give them zero stars, I would. Fiancé and I went to go pick out flooring and were given a ball park quote, based on the size of our house, and product/installation for approximately $5,500. We chose a sheet vinyl for our entire main floor. We had the installer come to give us an estimate, only to receive a quote for $11,356. Even with planking both laminate and vinyl, the cost was still upwards of $9,400. All of which were way beyond our ballpark quotes. Needless to say we did NOT use their services. That being said, we bought beautiful vinyl planking from A&R Carpet Barn and had David from Lindsey-Rauh Contracting install our flooring. Both were better than could be imagined. Avoid End of the Roll and find something better!

not sure where all the good reviews are coming from as many people told me to avoid end of the roll at all costs. However after calling several carpet stores end of the roll was the only one that could complete my small job in the next week. i went into the store on two separate occasions and told them i needed one room done with removal of existing carpet and install of new one. on both occasions i was give a removal and install price that was consistent with the other stores i received quotes from . When the installer came the day before install to measure he said that this was an easy job and would cost me the minimum install price. There was no underlay as the carpet had a foam back. Later that day when i had to pay the install price suddenly went up by 150 dollars! When i inquired about this and asked to speak to the owner, the owner refused to speak to me and i was told they did nothing wrong. i was in a pickle as we had already removed all the furniture from the room and needed it done the next day. The installers were lovely and did a nice job however they were only there for one and a quarter hours, did not have to remove any baseboards and there was no furniture to move. I want to be very clear that i told end of the roll that i needed carpet and underlay to be removed as well as install and that they gave me a price provided there was no furniture to be moved. Needless to say i am upset about the price increase and the stores refusal to admit any wrongdoing

Excellent customer service in store. Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very friendly and polite before, during and after the sale. The installation team was also top notch in every way. They were friendly, helpful moving furniture, polite and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. I will definitely recommend.

Paul is an excellent sales person. From the samples, to the purchase, to booking the appt for floor supply and install. All very easy and painless. Now just anxious to get flooring done in August. Thanks

We recently had our linoleum and carpet installed by end of the roll and we had a great experience. Rica was very knowledgeable throughout the process and helped us get a great deal on the flooring. She also went above and beyond by asking her installers to come on a weekend as we needed it done before we moved in. Al - the installer, and his team, did a great job as well. Very professional and knowledgeable as well. Overall very happy with our experience and would recommend!

Very nice carpet tiles that we bought at End of the Roll, great service and advices. It is 4 stars only because of the limitations in choice for carpet tiles.

From the sales staff to the estimater and the installation nothing but a positive experience. Highly recommend End Of The Roll. And the price was good too !
