Paramount Windows

May have been a good company years ago w/quality product: windows in our house have performed very well, but have required replacement of some sealed units due to age. Had emailed a service request - finally called after 10+ days of no reply. Had some lame excuse about a new manager who doesn't check email often. Finally a sales rep showed up to measure. Service called less than 24 hours from when they wanted to install but we were unavailable; had to discuss 3 times before arrangement made. At install production made too big; hadn't met dimensions. Two weeks for install of new unit. Didn't ask for payment - hadn't been given invoice so assumed mail. Three weeks later received email of overdue account; called & said NEVER received an invoice. Emailed invoice for full amount; deposit not deducted so 2nd call required to get adjusted correct invoice. Seems real problems w/management & staff. Will say service tech excellent.

Purchased windows for a new home in 2010. Had troubles with 4 casement windows not sealing. They sent a tech out once a year for 2 years. I still have 1 window that I have to deal with silicone for the winter so I am not trying to heat the entire niebourhood. They said they would give me a new window over a year ago...... still no window. Everytime I call to see what is going on, I'm told they will look into it and never call me back. Absolutely the worst service experience I've ever had. I wouldn't put these windows in a garden shed!

When I had my new front entrance foyer redone, I went into the showroom to just get a new door with a glass in it. After talking with the salesman and discussing the possibilities, they were able to convert my old 1978 vintage double front door one was a fake door into a beautiful open concept entrance unit offering me two side lites of glass plus a matching door with architectural beveled glass in a fiberglas door and new structure that fit the new rough opening like a glove. All my new windows also came from Paramount and I'm extremely happy with them too. AAA workmanship! Thanks...

I gave them 1 star in May 2018 because they did not respond to my calls and I had to call a locksmith.I bought 2 doors and have tons of problems with the locksets. They charge service call for every visit but don't fix the problem.Keep blaming my house.The locksmith said the lockset on my CUSTOM made front door isn't installed correctly...so I emailed Paramount to ask them to explain not receiving call back's or what that locksmith said.The son of the owner came by a month later and left saying they would review my file and refund some of those service charges.They totalled 575$ and before I closed the door asked that I REMOVE the one star review on Google. .....GUESS WHAT......I got NOTHING. Here is their one star back...actually it's too generous. This company does not stand behind the products they sell and they tell false truths to customers.....avoid avoid.....ps I paid 4000$for those doors UPDATE as of December7th/2018 I received a cheque for 250.00 in the mail today

I purchased my front entry door from paramount. It was a great experience dealing with Richard. They came down and measured to make sure I got what was going to fit. It came in about a week or so later then expected, but other then that. I will recommend paramount to anyone

Paramount replaced a front door and lock. I’ve has nothing but problems with the lock. It’s been in the dead of winter and my key would not turn to unlock the door. They came three times to fix. Now, happened again. Waiting for them to come fix and they are 45 minutes late.

Loved everything about the service at the fantastic Paramount Windows. Greatly appreciate your expert advice. You can tell they have a passion for what they do and I take their advice. Highly recommend them!

They installed a skylight years ago, leaked , they came back to fix, still leaks. every year there is a snow build up it leaks. Gave up. Going to have it removed but figured these guys needed a review. You don't always get the best work from the highest price place , which they seem to be.

Beware of this company! Do not buy any windows you will not have any warranty if there is no company to honor it. Just trying to save everyone from making a bad decision!

Worst customer service I've ever seen . Don't return calls . I've been waiting months for a replacement sash . Trying to get it shipped is like pulling teeth !
