Its decent. Its more for travelers, but as a local I didn't mind the environment. Mixed drinks were cheap. Service was great. We were given enough attention and we got our drinks quick enough we were the only ones in there. They seem to close quite early. They closed at 9pm on the Wednesday I went.

Beer was cold Wait staff was great Band playing fantastic. Too bad someone told them to turn it DOWN!!!! If it too loud your too old!

Today I had the pleasure of going to the Regency and enjoyed chicken wings and some beer. My experience was exemplary being served by both Taylor and Emilie! They sure know how to provide excellent prompt and professional service at all times. The two of them made my dull day bright. I would highly recommend !

Was there a few nights ago, debating on leaving a review but due to the lack of professionalism from our “waitress” I felt it was necessary. Our waitress Emily had a cold attitude toward us and was too busy flirting with other tables to even get our drink order for about 20 minutes, I definitely will not be returning.

The Regency is located on Mountain Rd just off the QEW, it's been serving locals for generations as a nice respite from the more touristy bars that Niagara Falls has plenty of. During the warmer months the Regency hosts many sporting events, leagues and tournaments including beach volleyball, softball and street hockey. For years the Regency has hosted live music, but they took it to a new level this summer by adding a large outdoor stage on the back of the patio. By providing such a unique venue in this region it does a service to both local musicians and local fans of live music alike. Some of the most fun nights I had this past summer 2022 were at the Regency listening to great live music hosted by some of the warmest most attentive staff that a region already known for kind welcoming friendly venues can have. The food is standard bar far, with a nod to the Regency wontons which have been a staple for decades and some of the better chicken wings that Niagara has to offer. During the winter months there are football pools and usually a large contingent of Buffalo Bills fans whenever the Bills are playing with a notable shout out to the local Eagle's fans who also call this bar home. Whether you are a local looking for a night out, a traveler coming from afar or someone just coming to watch one of your friends play a sport, give the regency a shot or a pint of landshark ; I'm sure you'll be greeted by one of the great servers. Emilie is my favorite, with her mesmerizing eyes, enchanting smile and a sarcastic wit that outshines both she will definitely make your night one to remember.

Absolutely awesome bar! Great food, great beer, awesome atmosphere. Huge patio and lots of sports. Emilie Taylor Sierra Lea Lisa Greg and Shawn are all incredible!

Should open sooner, you should utilize the amount of hungry baseball players that want food before 1pm. Im sure everything else is fine

was there Friday night from 830 to 130. not one server came to our table all night. we had to get our drinks ourselves. I asked for a menu at bar and went to our table and still no sever at all. never cleared all of our drink glasses. there were 3 servers working and only about 20-24 people in bar at any given time all night. sad service/no service.

I recently had a breakdown returning to the USA on the QEW and was able to exit and get my car to the Regency 76 parking lot. The owner and patrons at the bar showed great Canadian hospitality and assisted me with arrangements for a local repair shop and towing. I even had the pleasure of sharing a couple Canadians with them. Great people and made a difficult situation much easier. Thanks for all your assistance. I will definitely stop by the next time I am in Canada

Great place to see a band ! Food and service was excellent , multiple events happening, we will be back!
