Church's Texas Chicken

My first try at the new location in Niagara Falls, Ont. The biscuits are so good. Over all pleased with food quality except the gravy. It's okay, like a poutine type gravy, but I was expecting brown gravy for the fries. I was a little confused while waiting since people who ordered after me at the counter recieved their orders first...but after how hot and fresh everything I ate was and after a few bites realizing I was just hangry I am happy to give this 4 solid stars.

I came to Niagara today and it was 12am midnight and was looking was halal option with good tate, i tried this location and found pleasing. This was my very first visit here, first of all my first choice to be halal which is available here, staff is very friendly and clean environment.

This was our first time in the restaurant and ordering the food. Except for extremely uncomfortable seats and the fact that the bathrooms were out of order, everything else was fine because we were only getting take away. The food was much better than I expected frankly. We got chicken tenders, nuggets, and chicken pieces. All were cooked well but not overcooked. We also ordered sides of gravy, fries, onion rings, coleslaw. All were above average for a fast food restaurant. The honey butter biscuits were delicious and a nice treat as well as having crinkle fries for a change. The only disappointing part was that we had asked for dipping sauces and did not receive them. We will be back and we will be leaving a positive review when doing the survey.

Absolutely love the Mexicana Wrap. It has a wonderful level of spice. Great service and the best part is that the food is Halal. It is a highly recommended Fried Chicken outlet. Also the biscuits taste great too. Would recommend management to introduce some daily deals and app rewards too and make the prices more competitive. Recently revisited and everything was great as always and noticed that now they have baby chairs too. Love the fact that management took action based on the feedback.

Used Skip the Dishes. Order arrived in a timely manner, however, my meal arrived and the chicken was room temperature and the gravy was cold. I just wanted fries, gravy, and chicken. However, I could not get the fries and gravy together as sidesI was only allowed one or the other and forced to buy a drink instead. Did not want the drink. Was a very unbelievable unpleasant first experience with this Company, and definitely my last. They blew their first chance to make an impression on me. Never again, I’m going back to the competition who have never let me down. Too bad, it was a try for something different, and what a disappointment!

Delicious crispy chicken, great sides, fast service, all for a very reasonable price. This is our second time getting take out from them and we'll absolutely be back. Easily the best chicken in the city. Parking: Lots of parking right in front of the restaurant.

First time ordering from here and I am torn. The mashed potatoes/gravy wasn't a great flavour and was so soft it was disintegrating. The tenders we ended up throwing out as they were inedible...it was like eating overcooked rubber. The churros were good, but very greasy. On the flip side the biscuits and original chicken were delicious - so if we were to return, we would only order those items.

The place is amazing! The ambience is so clean, the staff is so sweet and kind! And the food is very tasty. I always come here every-time I’m craving friend chicken, it’s my favourite spot : Dietary restrictions: It’s halal!

Service is VERY slow. Chicken is always good but they say you may wait 20 minutes after ordering and that is accurate. Their late hours do have an impact on this as being the only place open until midnight makes them busy.Food: 4/5
