Highly, highly recommend Refinery House for haircuts - Refinery House is big city quality and talent but in the comfort of home in Chilliwack. I hadn't gotten my hair cut in almost two years because I was nervous after a couple bad experiences, but it was just too darn long. A friend recommended Refinery House, so I booked my appointment with whoever was available. 

First, the atmosphere at Refinery House is wonderful. It feels quiet, soothing, modern, and upscale. The staff were very friendly and engaging,  making a fresh cup of coffee for my while I lounged on a chic couch. 

The stylist who did my hair, Lauren, also carried that same calm, engaged feeling. She listened carefully to my concerns and asked all the right questions. The haircut itself could not have been more perfect: I had brought a reference photo with me, and despite me having much thinner hair, Lauren somehow nailed the dry length and style perfectly. It matched exactly what I saw in the reference photo, and the way she cut the ends really enhances the slight wave to my hair. My hair now has shape, volume, and feels way healthier than it has any right to. 

I am definitely a new loyal Refinery House customer!

I could not recommend a better place in Chilliwack! The atmosphere is great, the staff is so accommodating and talented, and I always feel so taken care of, that I don't want to leave. I have gotten my hair done there several times now and always leave feeling so confident and beautiful. Love these ladies! Thank you for consistently providing such great service. I will be back :)

Love the Refinery House, it is an amazingly talented collective of professionals. My favourite part about my visits is leaving feeling my heart was full because of the company I kept while under their roof. No matter the service you go in search of, they seem to have the perfect person to provide the care you need to walk out their door a little more beautiful then when you entered inside and out.

I could spend hours (and have!) at Refinery House because it feels like such a comfortable and friendly space, on top of having amazing services! They really know their stuff and I trust in what each of them can do! Thanks for bringing such a great place to Chilliwack!

You know how "they" say, "Everything rises and falls on leadership"? Well, if that's the case, then the power team of Heidi Epp & Aly McRae grows their hair salon & health/wellness business amazingly, along with their brilliantly passionate and creative team into greater heights to be one of the hot spots in town. All their clients rave about them, and how they feel so appreciated, loved, and pampered when they visit. Beautiful studio, feels like home, and their hearts for community and charity is commendable. Highly recommended!
