I went in to get my hair done up for a grad event and I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted and she made my hair look exactly like the picture if not even better!!! I recommend them for grad events to all my friends!!! Will be going back for prom and commencement hair do’s. Do book in advance though, and set aside some time, my hair do took 2 hours, but it was totally worth it.

If I could give 0 stars I would I have never walked out mid cut before but I did at this place I was in the chair 25 min and the guy hadn't made it past one ear yet I finally had to say "I'm just gonna go now" to the shock of my stylist, the other girl working did not look suprised though. I was patient and tolerant everyone has to start somewhere. I know but....

DO NOT GO HERE! I went in asking for my blonde tips to be lighter. I showed examples of pictures to be clear of exactly what I wanted and expected. I even had a consult with the stylist days before booking so she could see my hair and what I was hoping for. 3 hours into the appointment I was informed my stylist didn’t have the time to finish me and she passed me off to another stylist who I had never met. Extremely unprofessional as I booked to have a cut and color with one PERSON. Not to be passed around. Walked out with dark blue hair which has now faded to a green color. Not to mention, I had to blow dry my own hair, ask for product to be used, they didn’t style, flat iron or curl my hair. Yet charged me $190 for tips to be lightened and a dry cut. I called immediately and took pictures asking for a color correction. And was told to find a new salon as they would not fix it, refund me or assist in any way! $190 dollars later. WHAT A JOKE OF A SALON! In experienced stylist, poor management done by owner who makes business decisions based on the fact he dates his employees. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Not to mention having to go to another salon and spend another $150 to fix crappy work! I have as well passed on my experience to the better business bureau!!!

They upped their prices from $160 for a bleach, trim, colour to $340 without telling my 19 year old daughter. The colour looks nothing like the picture. All the owner said was she could come back for free and they would fix the colour. If you are going to charge someone that much money, you should be informing them, especially when they are that young! That's more than a 100% hike up in price!

Worst Customer Service I've EVER witnessed! Quoted my daughter 130.00 to Brighten her already blonde tipped ends. Stated to "cover" the brass tone often pulled when bleaching down to the wanted level she must then rinse it out using an ASH toner. However she did a double ASH toning job using the completely incorrect level of toner! End result an all over DARK result showing absolutely 0 blonde ends which she had arrived with?! She then declared that the darkness would wash away after 2 days leaving her ends a lovely soft blonde as she blow dried her hair. Then she announced that her next client had arrived & was waiting so another stylist would have to step in to complete my daughters service which was to simply blunt cut the ends to clean up her short bob style. So the other stylist simply DRY cut the ends. With NO styling provided. Then yet another stylist at the till says "That will be 190.00" She had to pay the 2nd stylist seperately for his 10 minute, dry cut service. 2 days later & daily I-phone pics taken documenting (time stamping) her completely dark ASH ends that merely washed out to a faded tone of GREEN. My daughter called the salon to book a "Color correction service" To which the stylist replied via text message "That will be $50.00 an hour plus tax, PAID IN ADVANCE" Which of course my daughter questioned sternly! My daughter then asked " well then can I just have a refund so I can go else where to FIX all this? NO was the stylists reply because the $190.00 FEE was to cover the stylists time & product therefor my daughter was not deserving of any of that money back???????? End of story my daughters bawling with GREEN tipped hair & apparently the 22 year old stylist was also up-set that my daughter " spoke rudely to her" This my daughter was CLEARLY informed of by the owner of the Salon, whom is also the stylists live in boyfriend, who then CALLED my daughter & told her very clearly "NO REFUNDS & no more further service or communication, as my daughter was now NOT WELCOME within his shop ever again. 4 hours of my girls time she will never get back, not to mention $190.00 of her hard earned money for a GREEN tipped balayage bob!!!!! Thankfully however their are still honorable & honest STYLIST out their who do stand behind THEIR WORK & in this case "SOMEONE ELSE'S" Such a Megan at @Romy's Salon on the corner of Young & Airport who upon seeing my daughters hair not only offered to CORRECT it at a very fair & reasonable price but too offered her a prior COMPLIMENTARY deep conditioning treatment to at least begin to HEAL the immense damage done to her poor green, fried ends! Brutally poor customer service & equally as poor knowledge of TONES & colors by someone marketing/selling themselves as a professional "Stylist" at DASH salon! The perfect name in retrospect as they merely "DASH" you from all existence after depositing your money into their account! BUYER beware, DASH will TRASH your hair.
