My husband and I had dinner at Red Rock Canyon lastnight. The restaurant owners were welcoming, upon our arrival and our server Avery was very sweet. I ordered the special- Prime Rib and my husband ordered the Fish Tacos. The food was brought out to us in a short time, and looked good. My husband really enjoyed his meal. I was disappointed in the Prime Rib. The meat was absolutely flavourless. My husband tried a piece of it and agreed that it was very bland. When we were asked how our meals were, I explained that I was disappointed in my Prime Rib and why. The owner seemed taken aback and possibly offended and said, "we've been cooking Prime Rib for over 30 years....it's kind of what we're famous for". She offered me HP sauce for it. I explained that Prime Rib shouldn't require HP sauce. I ordered Fettucine Alfredo instead, which was pretty good. Overall, the people were friendly and the replacement meal was good. I wouldn't recommend the Prime Rib, but my husband would definitely recommend the Fish Tacos.
They hosted my mothers birthday on Saturday I ordered the steak My girlfriend and I eat at new restaurants a few times a week , we like to try new restaurants. THIS WAY BY FAR THE BEST MEAL I TASTED IN A VERY LONG TIME !! The Steak was cooked to perfection and I did not like mushrooms until I ate theirs. Service was great and owner even checked in after the meal 100% MY NEW FAVOURITE RESTAURANT
This place had a very unique decor, there were tons of collectibles set up everywhere, very cool looking. The food was amazingly tastey, portion size was perfect and was average priced. Out server was super nice and on point with her timing. I would most defiantly eat here again.
Pricing has gone up since i was last here, but thats been a few years so its to be expected. Food is decent, and the atmosphere is good. I like the decor. Wont give 5 stars just because the menu isnt very big, and I feel like it could use some improvements, but its still worth a visit
I had the Crab stuffed mushrooms, they were delicious. The garlic bread wasn't! I also had the fajitas. As good or better than the Lone Star. Definitely a larger portion size.
Traveling back home to Illinois from Quebec City, we stopped at RRC as it was near our hotel. After being seated we were greeted by the owner and found that they had recently reopened and we're glad they did! Excellent meal of liver, onions and bacon it was done right!! and a tasty coconut shrimp dinner. Great atmosphere and service. Next time we are in in the area we'll stop back.
Always amazing food and awesome staff! 100% the chicken parm and add beef! Never been disappointed by Red Rock... highly recommend!

Beautiful spot to check out! Lots of beautiful places places stop and take photos. Also has a few trails if you're into hiking! Got our entry time pass online and it was a smooth entry, not overly crowded. Informational signs at the stopping points as well as restroom facilities and bins to get rid of the trash. A must stop!
