Service was slow. Seems they are understaffed. With 1 bartender working, a Caesar cocktail took a very long time to be made and when it arrived, it was bland with very little seasoning. Very disappointing. We decided to order beer after that, and even that took over 20 minutes to be served. The food also took a very long time to arrive. We asked that our appetizer come out with our main course, but because it took so long, the server gave us our wings first, which we appreciated. However, when serving a shared appetizer, side plates should be distributed without asking. We were so hungry, we just ate the wings over the table. When our main course finally arrived, for the most part it was delicious, which is why we love the Montana’s franchise, but sometimes it’s the little things that go a long way. We had ordered baked potatoes with sour cream and chives and no chives were to be found. We had to ask for it on the side and on top of that the server kept forgetting things like our pop/soda, napkins, wet wipes etc, which caused them to have to go back and forth. If they were a little more organized, it might save them some time, especially if they’re slammed. Convenient location. Just off the highway. Lots of parking available in this plaza.
Really nice experience for the whole family. Workers are super friendly And food was excellent Sam was very nice even though she had to serve so many tables she was fast. Also they gave us tons of candy Food: 5/5
Montanas never disappoints. Food is always so good and service is great. Can't get enough of their burgers. The garlic and cheese pull apart bread....wow, so good.Food: 5/5
We went there with a group of 8, mostly children. Our server was Katie and provided the best service we have ever had. She was attentive without hovering. That girl needs a raise. Everyone cleaned their plate. Good food and fantastic service. Kid-friendliness: Our server even supplied the bigger kids with crayons. Nice size meal portions for kids too. Parking: A couple of spots right next to the front door. Wheelchair accessibility: Nice parking

Exceptional service tonight! Lexi, our server was excellent and it looked like there were three managers on the floor helping too. I’ve watched the manager treat his staff so respectfully and also help them by seating people or clearing a table here or there.I love to see leadership that supports and helps - respect, good training and leadership are noticed and make the dining experience a quality experience! The female manager stopped at our table and genuinely checked to make sure everything was great. Great teamwork there! Thanks Belleville Montana’s - well done! We are going to have to make this a more regular dining spot!
Downgraded menu downgraded service. I understand a lot of restaurants struggle right now for staff. But I'm the customer. Not the company. That's a company problem, not mine. My wife and kids were shopping and decided to go out for dinner on a random whim, a rare treat with today's budget. The wait for entrees was excessive and we realized we'd made a mistake bringing our small children in on a school night. Servers were friendly but hard to find when needed. The manager was serving tables to help which deserves credit but meanwhile they have three girls on hostess. It makes no sense. On top of all this the food is much lower quality than it once was. Overall I don't think we'll be back which is disappointing as it was one of my favorite places as far as chain restaurants go.
Wanted to give a shout-out to Montana’s last night for a great meal as always but also to our server Jo!! She was awesome, incredibly attentive, and such a sweetheart. I only ate 2 bites of my sandwich thanks to pregnancy food aversions and already being full from our app - she noticed and made triple sure that the food was good, even asked if she could get me anything else in case I didn’t like it. So sweet! I will add I ended up eating the sandwich today and it was excellent I promise Thank you again Jo for an excellent meal.
