There's a lot to say about this place. Their sandwich was single-handedly one of the best sandwiches I've ever had in my life. My wife said the same thing about hers. I believe my sandwich is called the boss and it was incredible. seating is a little bit limited but it's not a place that you usually hang out for hours. It's a place you go to get great food. Their baked goods was very diverse and a really hard Choice decide which one to get. I end up getting there Magic Bar which was excellent. If I didn't live 25 minutes away I would be there every week.

I initially called to ask if they had any cakes available. They didn't because their cakes are made to order. So, I decided to bring my husband with me to pick out a birthday cupcake for his birthday. When we arrived,  we decided to order a couple of sandwiches and take home the treats. Omg, the sandwiches were absolutely delicious! I had the pastrami corned beef and hubs had chicken spinach. My hubs doesn't usually rave about places that we've stopped into for a quick bite. He was genuinely pleased with his sandwich!! The tables are small, but we were comfortable to stay and eat there. I probably would have taken it to go if there were too many people inside as it is more of a small quaint seating area. We will absolutely make this one of our go to stops for excellent sandwiches and treats! The people that own /work there are super nice and make you feel welcome. Their bread is fantastic too! One of the best tasting pumpernickel breads I've had, the taste was amazing and the texture was perfect.

Finally a different place in town. The staff treats you like family, the food is always fresh and delicious, and its a quick stop. They have so many more options that just dessert! So many healthy options but also HUGE cupcakes. Their choices for gluten free and vegan are appreciated. Ill definitely be back to try their lunch and breakfast specials.

Good sandwiches and tons of pastries. Very small on the inside so don't really expect to sit down but good grab and go lunches.

The "Dirty Bird" is hands down one of the BEST sandwiches I've ever had.
Red Rose Dresserts is a must when ever you're in the vicinity of Colechester, CT.
