Insomnia Cookies

I just happened to be out in the Storrs Mansfield area. I must agree with everyone the cookies are just out of this world! Although I have not looked into whether Insomnia Cookies is a chain or owned by an individual? Reason being customer service is terrible and it's always a bunch of kids. They're rude, I asked a suggestion so what's your favorite cookie? The girl behind the counter just looked at me and said IDK I don't eat them. Just obnoxious yuppie little kids that ultimately will be bad for business.

Warm cookies at all hours. Enough said. My mouth is watering just thinking about that warm snickerdoodle cookie.

Even though the cookie cake we got was delicious, the service left a bitter taste in my mouth! Employee was late to opening the store and then was very rude to us. Would definitely return if the bad customer service issue was handled

Great cookies, unbelievably bad customer service. Mind boggling actually. When we walked in the young lady behind the counter rolled her eyes at us then proceeded to be condescending to our friend ordering. She was rude and downright mean. To top off the experience, she shorted the order. It's a shame that an employee is allowed to behave in such a way.
