Locally owned tea room, bakery, and barista bar. Serving sustainably farmed and roasted coffees, eclectic tea blends, and house made sweets and savories.

Story

After many months of renovation, we are open and thriving here on the High Street! Our bakery items are made right here from butter and love and change daily. We carry a full barista line and 12-15 loose leaf teas everyday. We also provide High Tea service by reservation and we have monthly tea events. I love this place. Quiet. Relaxing and cute. Tons of different teas to try and types of coffee. I really love their tea and their pastries/food options continue to improve. They have breakfast sandwiches now which are super delicious. I love their pastries and muffins as well. All pastries are heated up and served with butter and jam. Great place and a great deal. Very affordable and in walking distance of ECSU and downtown Willi.

Great spot to chat with your friends and family. I've been here a few times and love the atmosphere, the drinks, the location. It's close to home and the owner is very nice. Delicious Italian cream cake which was so huge I shared it with my family. Great desserts! And the breakfast sandwich is tasty. Several Teas, hot n cold, fresh brewed, coffee, and hot chocolate available. I will be coming back for sure. I have told friends to go visit too!

Leaf and Flour is my favorite place. I am a huge tea person, and there aren't many places left that brew a great cup of tea. If you haven't already tried a London Fog from here, drop everything and run. The staff is super friendly, the food is excellent. I can't say enough good things.

Nice staff, good coffee, and a wonderful, spacious area upstairs to do work. A great addition to Willimantic.

Great coffee, even better pastries and baked goods (all made in-house). They have an incredible tea selection, which they'll bring to you in your own pot on a warmer. The staff is incredibly friendly, and it's a great place for grad students to get together to do their work (a much-needed addition to the Willimantic community!).
