Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Bad service. Food came cold; took a full hour to serve us; forgot some sides. Nobody came to check on us. Bottomless drinks and fries were never refilled--not once. This makes the small portions expensive. Got about 8 french fries with a burger. We were never brought eating utensils and couldn't flag anyone down, so we had to go hunting for forks after our food was brought. Yes, they brought salad and no forks to two people. Another person joined us later, ordered a salad, no fork again. They seriously were unconcerned with our eating experience.

Went to dinner at this location a few days ago, and the service was great. Our waitress Tiffany was very nice and extremely helpful with my dietary restrictions, and made sure our whole table received their correct orders and were happy with them. Food was delicious as well.

It was nice and clean and pleasant. Not too loud and not a ghost town. I don't really dig chain restaurants, but the service was fine and pretty prompt; nice, big (20 oz) glass (not plastic...yay!) of lemon water, since we were driving. Affordable menu options available. 5 stars is super outstanding, 4 is really good. 3 offered here because it's a chain..4 otherwise. I did enjoy! Would go again.

I went in and stood around for 5 mins (several waitresses saw me standing there), but I have never been here before so I looked at a menu at the front desk. Finally someone asked me if I needed anything, and I placed my order. The bartender put in my order and gave me the wrong check, after that was straight I got my food and left only to discover when I got my to my room they had messed up my order. so not only did I have to wait to even be acknowledged when I finally was they screwed up both my check and my order...

Came back in February. The food was good and the service was good but we got food poisoning and when we went to the ER the nurse said we weren't the only ones to come in with food poisoning who had also been here in the last couple of days. We waited a little bit and decided to try again this weekend. Service was terrible. I don't know if the guy was just new which would explain a lot but we ordered an appetizer and it never came. When he brought our food I asked about it and he said it would be out in a minute or two. By the time we had finished our food it still hadn't come (and we took our time eating too because we were still waiting on the appetizer). He came by to tell us it would be just a few more minutes but we told him to just forget about it because at this point we were full and had been there way over an hour amd a half and were ready to go. He also didn't ask how we wanted our burgers cooked which isn't a big deal but is a pretty standard question they usually ask. The people sitting next to us sent theirs back because he hadn't asked them either and they were over cooked for their liking. We didn't get out drinks until our food was practically out either. I usually don't judge servers that hard because I am one myself and I understand that when it's busy there is only so much you can do but it would've been nice if he had been honest with us about how long it would take to come out. We really wanted to give it another chance but I guess if we are really craving Red Robin we will drive to Bellingham.
