Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Came on a date night, we got fried pickles, milkshake and 2 burgers. Service was fast, waitress was really friendly, and a good atmosphere. Granted we came on a week night so it wasn't very busy. The few times I've been here has left me willing to come back! Always yummy! ❤️

I was so excited to go with my family. We had 13 people so we realized it's a big group, but it was at 2:30pm so it wasn't too busy. We were originally told a 60 minute wait. I walked through the restaurant and saw 7 empty tables and a few that needed cleared. We checked again and were told that it would be about 15 minutes as soon as a party of 8 left who were done with their food and had just been talking. That group left and I did another walk through to see if it was busy and it had been 30 minutes. 15 empty tables and the drinks were still at the table of the party of 8 after 10 minutes of them being gone. Very disappointing service. As a former cook, server and bar tender that is money just sitting in the waiting area. We were finally seated at different seats from where the 8-top was sitting (which still hadn't been cleared when we sat down) at spots that were empty since we showed up. Good thing they have good food or I would NEVER be back. Very sad and I wish it was not the norm for my experience at this location.

I'm sure the food is great, but everytime I go there something bad happens. I went on my birthday last year and they dropped our food in the kitchen and totally forgot about us. We were there for an hour waiting for our food. Finally, after having them fill our waters 4 times, we called to a waiter to asked what had happened. Then we left.The restaurant is crazy packed on weekends. The bathrooms are reasonably clean. I would recommend calling ahead and asking the wait time.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this restaurant. ..I love the food and as far as a waiting time to be seated, they're no different than any other place! Love you Red Robin!

I think the food and service at this Red Robin is much better than any other one I have been to. Food is always hot and tastes great!
