Burger King

I got 3 burgers and pulled them out of the bag almost right away and they were cold, so as you can imagine I’m pretty happy.

It's already one thing that the food is less than good but I would still go there when wanting a quick thing to eat. The thing that is making me NEVER go there again is the awful customer service. We ordered in a very clear manner and when we got up to the window the girl taking orders practically ignored us and was very rude. When we got the order we stopped in the parking lot to check the order and guess what? The order was completely wrong and so we decided to go in to get it fixed. The manager proceeded to tell us that what we got on our ticket is what we got. We tried to explain that we ordered something else and the order was wrong but he didn't care and proceeded to make us pay for the parts we came back in for and had a nasty sneer the entire time

Gee whiz, this is slow. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches, and I've been standing here for ten minutes. Meanwhile, I've seen ten cars go through the drive-thru.

It's ok. My experience wasn't so good, but they were busy and i will go back.

The fries were lukewarm and bland. The cheeseburger​ was like rubber. But that wasn't the best part. Oh no. The best part was when the manager flipped out and started cussing and throwing things in front of everyone. The manager then proceeded to walk away from the situation and not handle it like an adult. It was shocking the way things were handled considering the lobby was full the drive-thru was full and I specifically was there with my family and my children. Maybe next time they won't leave such a bad taste in your mouth not including the food.
