Chipotle Mexican Grill

The gal who is in charge now needs some management training, as do . What I saw was an overwhelmed lady trying to manage the staff and not the store. There was a (I believe) shift manager on till who could’ve managed the shift and delegated tasks so the lady could focus on the big picture...the customers and the store. She was snarky with the few harder working people there and giggling with some other gal not doing anything, trying to look busy.

Manager is very nice and understanding. Had a buy one get one free coupon that was misplaced and he was very understanding and gave me a new one without question. Very good customer service

I am so impressed by the people and food, specifically the sofritas and the overall freshness and large portion size. Shane explained the food and ingredients to me and I sampled the sofritas. I am truly impressed and already called my family members. So much appreciate great service and food.

When entering Chipotle we noticed an employee sleeping at a table. If it wasn't for the Chipotle hat near him I would of thought he was a bum. He eventually woke up while we were seated and eating. He stumbled towards the restroom stopping at the napkin dispenser to blow his nose repeatedly while customers were eating. I asked (Jim) the manager if he thought this was acceptable behavior from his employees. He acted like he was unaware of this so-called employee sleeping in his restaurant. I realize food handling skills are important in restaurants. What about management skills?
