I didn't even get my food. I work about 5 minutes from this location, and figured I'd order food for my break. I ordered online and received the confirmation at 6:24. I assumed they'd be about 10 minutes, 15 at most. At 6:44 (break ended at 6:45) I still hadn't received my food, so I called to find out what was going on. The driver hadn't even left the building. I just requested a refund at that point. For a business built entirely around fast delivery, this was just sad.

We went in near closing time. Every single person working was friendly and helpful! Our sandwiches were terrific! This is my typical experience there, I like going there because of the food AND the people =) Also, it's nice and clean and I love the fresh ingredients!

Disappointing that they have delivered to you in the recent past and all of a sudden 1.25 miles from the restaurant is too far, but they'll deliver across the street from your address?Not to mention they deliver to a school next to you that is actually much further than their "cutoff" point they told you about. You see their car leaving the parking lot next door right after you get off the phone with them telling you that you are just past their boundaries. They used to deliver to my old adress which is 1.3 miles from the closest restaurant with no problem. Now 1.25 miles is too far? You pretty much need to live within a stone throws distance to get delivery from them, so what's the point of delivery? BS.

OOh! The bread is so good. You just can't go wrong here. This is my favorite when I'm in the mood for a sandwich. And these guys really are freaky fast. I always remember to get my free smells too!

Very fast sandwiches. Friendliest Jimmy John's I've seen around. Everyone is always smiling. Genuinely to me and to there other coworkers. It looks like a lot of fun and that doesn't reduce the quality of the food. They've messed up on occasion but they just replaced it ASAP and gave me some chips, a drink along with a sincere apology. Will come back again and again
