KFC

Absolutely discussed!! Bought our meals waited a short time for them ate them. All was great. But then... Ordered another papa burger and cheese curds. Stood there watching for 13 minutes while the guy doing dishes was dipping his rag in the water and then swinging the rag around laughing at the water going everywhere, including on the prepared food. The other guy waiting for his food while the assistant manager dumps his plate on the counter, scoops the food back on the plate and serves out to the guy. And worst yet... Lady was wiping her nose and then wiping the sweat off her face then the same bare hands unwashed after that started to prepare our food! Someone seriously needs to teach these guys food etiquette. They just lost a customer FOREVER!!

I am a strong believer in customer service being key. I ordered $22 in food and the fries were old, dried and burnt. When we wanted to have this rectified, the manager just picked up the box and walked away without a word. We didn't recieve the sauces the order was supposed to come with and when the manager was asked about it, she was rude and standoff-ish. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly. Whether its a 5 star restaurant or a fast food establishment, being treated like this is unacceptable! *Edit Assistant Manager reached out to offer an apology and to hear my case and that is very much appreciated. I understand works in progress and training new people and with people like her I think that can be achieved.

I go there for the chicken that is always great but they stopped selling baked beans, my favorite sidedish. Mashed potatoes are still so-so and loaded with salt.

First walking in to nobody at the register and have to wait 10 minutes for a girl to run from the back. Then I order a Zinger sandwich and it comes with week-old reddish brown lettuce, fried dry chicken and no mayonnaise. I asked for some mayonnaise and I'm given a large container with not even a buns width of mayonnaise in it. I'm eating at Popeye's from now on. NEVER EAT AT THIS KFC!

This was on a Sunday afternoon...maybe this is the time when nobody else will work except the lowest on the totem pole. Our order took twenty one minutes to receive even though it wasn't that crowded....just goofing around. In retrospect we should have gone through the drive through....for some reason that's much more of a priority.
