Took my baby here for her first birthday ! She really enjoyed the massage and the hydro water therapy ! I definitely will come back ! The staff are really friendly and enjoy what they do !
The staff here are very friendly and really focus on your baby's well being. My baby has had 5 spa sessions and she absolutely enjoys it. The place is super colourful and fun with complimentary coffee/tea and snacks. There's a playmat with toys. Everything is clean and sanitary. We plan to come here more often and recommend this place

Great experience with my baby! He loved the gentle massage and I loved taking all the pictures of him wearing that neck buoy! So cute! If you have work insurance, def worth the experience! Facility is also veryyyy clean! Super impressed!
Saw this place on a friend's Instragram page and decided to try it out, and I'm so glad I did. Giggly Panda had such a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere for children. The owner is beyond kind and accommodating. My son had the best experience greeting a massage and experiencing hydrotherapy for the first time. We loved it so much that we returned the next week. This is a great opportunity for babies to experience and become comfortable in water in a safe environment. I've recommended this to all my friends with babies and will definitely be purchasing these packages for baby showers!
The staffs here are always so friendly. My daughter always have such a good time coming here. It’s very clean and there’s a play area and sofa area that the moms can chill before or after the session.

Nice place very clean, We only had a 30 mins session in the tub which I think is short especially if you’re having the duo massage-hydrotherapy with 3 kids. My friend had to pay extra because her children are a little older 2-3. Love the concept, my baby had an amazing time + they’re giving a receipt for the insurance which is a bonus. Just wish that we had more swimming time.
My daughter loves the massage, it takes her a while to get used to a massage therapist to touch her, she likes the pool. Water is warm, she has so much fun in it. We highly recommended this place. It used to be in Asia only. Now we have luxury baby spa service in Ontario !
Amazing experience from the minute we opened their doors! All the staff members were welcoming and friendly. Shout out to Gurleen Padam for her gentle care with our son.The owner went around to ensure everyone was enjoying their experience. The facility was clean and family oriented. The smile on our son's face was priceless. We will be definitely going back!
