Wonderful view from the balcony dining area, you can see the lake and the sunset. The food was slow but worth the wait, I had the pan seared rainbow trout which was cooked perfectly! The service staff was very friendly and provided great service without being overbearing. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Great location on Manitoulin. The staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived later than intended and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. A gorgeous view of the lake from the cabin was a nice start to the day, and breakfast was tasty and affordable. There are canoes, a fire pit, and other fun things on the lake that we will have to make use of on a visit when we have more time to spend.

We only stayed here for a few hours rest before leaving. We were having a rough day and we're very tired so decided to get a room for a few hours rest before going back to the mainland. I can't say how the dining room was because we needed sleep more. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room we stayed in was very nice. I did not like the coffee we had in the room or the shower. The water pressure was so high I thought it would flood the floor. Although I used barely warm water to save hot water for my bf my shower was mostly cold and all of his was cold.

An old fishing lodge that has been updated and constantly improved. Cabins are nestled in the woods with good privacy. Clean, comfortable, and updated. Food is excellent, and the staff were all friendly. And yes. You can still fish here.
