Batman's Cottages and Campground

A big thank you to Andre, Lisa, family and staff for another great stay! Last year we had a great time spending over a week on a site adjacent to the gorgeous beach. My sister and her family joined us for most of the week and also had a great time. This year, my SIL and husband had a neighbouring site beside us for 8 nights. They also had some family join them for a few nights. The camp is great and there is so much to do, if you want, in nearby Little Current or anywhere on Manitoulin Island. We’re happy to recommend Batman’s and we’ll be back.

My wife and I spent a wonderful week at this campground in September. It is in a beautiful area. Our hostess, Lisa, was unfailingly gracious and helpful. The campground is clean and well-maintained. As a long-time camper, I was really impressed with how clean the washrooms always were! I hope to visit Batman's again.

This was our first time at this campground and we can't wait to come back. All the staff are so friendly and will do whatever they can to help. We had an issue with our trailer well visiting and the owner did whatever he could to help us. The park is very clean and cared for. Our kids made instant friends. The water and views are breathtaking. Can't wait to return next year.

On a whim we drove to Manitoulin Island, with a tent in the trunk and no real plan for two nights. We were recommended we camp here, so we inquired and they had an overflow site available next to the showers/bathroom, which were clean. The experience was positive: great sleep quiet time between 11pm and 8am, friendly staff and has a cute beach with a beautiful sunset. Seems they mostly cater to RVs. They have a few camping spots available but honestly the overflow area was great as it offered shade and close proximity to showers/bathroom. They have a variety of events, there was a sandcastle competition and two musical performances during our stay.

Great location, great staff and services and great experience! We stayed for a week in September and we had the best time. Husband rented a boat to go fishing 3 times. Clean and beautiful spot! Would recommend this place ! And planning to come back!

The Owners AND their Staff were the Most helpful AND friendly happiest people I have ever encountered at a camp ground. They went above and beyond to make sure that their guests were TAKEN CARE of. I wish I could give them 10 stars. We're hoping to stop by next year when we start our move to VANCOUVER ISLAND British Columbia in July. I have told so many people that I know about your Amazing campground, I told them that its a must do bucket list, AND if they don't they will be missing out on one of the Most Beautiful Places in Canada. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Tried to book here before but they were full. After the ferry broke down and stranded us with nowhere to stay called Batman's and Adison saved our vacation. Found us sites that were amazing even though it was a short notice booking. The campground staff and community are all very friendly. Beautiful beaches, amazing amenities, clean bathrooms and showers, they even had a sand castle contest while we were there. This is one of the best campgrounds I have ever stayed at, hope to make this a family tradition. And huge thanks and shout out to Adison, she answered our bat signal for help!!!

They are clearly not interested in tent campers. If you have an RV it's probably fine but they are not interested in people with tents. The big things are there is not place to sit and wait for your partner outside the bathrooms. There are not hooks in the bathroom at all to hang your bag when you use the bathroom there is not space to even set your toothbrush in the bathroom no shelf no nothing in the showers there are also no shelves or benches. The stalls are tiny and it takes forever to get hot water, the water pressure is bad and the hot water dose not get to the last shower booth that is handclaped. If you have mobility isuess and need that stall you just have to live with a cold shower. The camp site was small and we got really really lucky because my partner picked the one spot that did not end up as a duck pond when we got rain. All the other sites had a lot of water in them. The bathroom was clean. She store does not have much. The location is ok. The staff was a bit odd still wearing gloves and a N95 masks alone with a wall of plastic. I would not camp here again

Excellent!!! Good location, quiet, clean, with a beautiful view. Washrooms always clean. Spent 10days and had a great time. Referred my parents and they had a great time. Would return and recommend.

Was our first time here over the weekend. Great camp/rv site. Lots of amenities. Lots of wildlife. 10 minute drive to little current. Amazing sunrise and sunsets. Some of the best frozen yogurt. Hot spot for fishing. Super friendly staff. Extremely clean park. Would recommend in a second.
