Red Lion Inn & Suites Everett

For a hotel in a bad area this place is pretty awesome. I didn’t have high hopes after booking through Hotwire but was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The building is clean and presented nicely, when I arrived I found the front desk customer service rep helping with cleaning the rooms because they had been so busy and was impressed by his motivation and dedication to making sure that the place was running smoothly and all operations were in order. While checking in he was friendly and accommodating and was easy to talk to, which was pleasant. I haven’t stayed very many places where I actually felt happy to talk to front desk staff and not just neutral about it so this was a good experience. You have a good staff here! The rooms are clean and have big nice TVs with lots of add on features. Room size was good.

The room is bare, there is no place to put your clothes. No table or desk or anything to sit at only a wobbly tv tray. The alarm was set for 6 am :( The clock on the wall doesn't work and the room is dirty very dirty (the walls and the floors are sticky. We got a Jacuzzi room that was only a small jetted tub All in all very disappointed and will not be staying here again.

Not the fanciest place, but it was really clean, had no trouble with noise, the breakfast was good. Really reasonably priced as well. We were driving by late at night, and had to stop do to an illness, and the staff were so nice. Made sure I was ok, offered to help with bags, asked if they could do anything for us, etc. Then must have left a note, because the young lady at the front desk Alex if I was doing better when we checked out.

didn't check in till almost midnight and got the kids situated and layed down myself and a knock at the door sometime after midnight and it was the guy from the desk saying there was a noise complaint when we were already in bed. the walls are thin you can hear the other floors so maybe they heard us get to the room. you can hear the traffic outside easily so there isn't much thru the walls. Bed was ok the bed my kids were on sounds broke every time they move you can hear springs or something. the room is clean. there is a small fridge and microwave. The tv is @least 60" which is nice. the clock has USB ports to charge devices and 2 outlets and that was helpful. Breakfast....Fake eggs and bacon but the waffle was real good and the juice was bottles of apple and orange juice and small milk cartoons small yogurts. there were muffins and other pasteries and cereal. coffee and juice machine and plenty of seating when I was in there at 7am. seems to be plenty of parking right off the main street so it was easy to find. ALL in ALL.....NOT BAD

My family and I stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend 2017, and it was well worth the price we paid. The staff was really friendly and accommodating; JD and Lourdes made us feel especially welcome and valued. The breakfast was simple, and as expected for this type of establishment; the room was clean and beds comfy. We are happy to return here the next time we're in town.
