Red Lion Hotel Kelso Longview

First off, the pool and hot tub are great! We immediately got into the hot tub and enjoyed the heat. We talked to the staff and they had just recently closed everything for maintenance, so it was all sparkling. The best part is that the pool is heated as well, so once we got hot, we were able to go swim some lukewarm laps in the pool! Elsie did a great job leaving a very clean room and the hostess was extremely pleasant. Will return!

Stayed here twice. Both times, rooms were on south side of hotel toward the side parking lot. First room was closer to highway and had some traffic noise but it wasn't too loud. Second time, room was much further toward back and no highway noise could be heard. Rooms were clean. Coffee cake at breakfast was yummy. Staff were accommodating.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful.she took the time to really get me the best room and price for my situation.I needed a room for 2 nights with my 4 young grandchildren while their mother is in the hospital.once in the room first thing I noticed was crackers on the carpet and the bed sheets hanging out on the side of the bed.in the bathroom there was blood all over (pictured) and stuff floating in the toilet. There was mold on the soap holder in the shower and. Along the tub. I went back down to the front desk and she was very quick to refund my money and send housekeeping to that room to clean it .I couldn't stay there after seeing that and it makes me sad because you can't even get what you pay for anymore these days.there was no way I would bring my baby's into there for fear of them finding a needle or getting something from the blood all over the walls.

I have stayed here multiple times. This time the rooms seemed to have been improved. However, there is still a drainage issue in the shower. Water Was up to my ankles and wouldn't go down. I was on the second floor too. The reason I stayed there this time was out of convenience because my company was having a meeting there early in the morning. Front desk clerk was nice and so was lady in restaurant for breakfast buffet. Breakfast buffet was descent.

There is not enough accessible outlets. We had to move furniture to get to one. Suggestion: bring a power strip. The bed is comfortable. It is easy to keep the temperature of the room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a very good breakfast. Lots of choices. We were staying just for the night.
