I booked a business suite with the expectation of a clean, professional environment, but my experience was disappointing from start to finish.nnReservation and Payment Issues at this place are common, the problems began when I tried to process payment over the phone, they got the information and when i arrived they “didn’t have any records” of me or the card used. Despite my reservation being in their system, the staff couldn’t locate any payment information, causing a confusing back-and-forth. When I approached the front desk for clarification, I was met with vague answers and no real help. The front desk attendant was unhelpful, refusing to provide clear information on how to proceed with payment. This lack of professionalism added unnecessary frustration to my stay before I even entered the room.nnRoom Cleanliness and Maintenance isn’t a thing here. When I finally arrived in the room, I was shocked at the state of the so-called business suite. The first thing I noticed was leftover garbage from the previous guest—an immediate red flag. The bed was only partially made, which gave the impression that housekeeping had either rushed or entirely skipped over basic room preparation. On closer inspection, the walls were smeared with dirt and grime, with suspicious stains and even streaks of unknown liquids in various spots. It was clear that this room hadn’t seen a proper cleaning in a while.nnThe bathroom was no better. It looked neglected, with built-up grime in the corners and stains on the surfaces. The amenities were barely stocked, and the toiletries looked like they’d been half-used or left there for weeks. For a hotel suite intended for business travelers, I would expect these basics to be fully replenished. The entire room had an odd, stale smell that made it feel far from welcoming.nnUnacceptable Standards for a Business Suite! With over 400 rooms, I understand the challenge of maintaining a large property, but it’s essential to keep up with cleanliness standards, especially in a business suite where guests are paying a premium. This level of neglect is simply unacceptable.nnOverall, I’m thoroughly disappointed with my stay. For anyone traveling on business or looking for a clean, comfortable room, I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere until management improves their operations and prioritizes guest experience.

I truly enjoyed staying here. One of your newer employees was so great. She's about to get married actually and she even came out from behind the counter to give me a hug because our energies were matching and we both needed one. So very sweet of her. The pool should be closed later on the weekends. You should keep the bar open until its the hours you have on the door. An elevator could be useful for older residents but all in all. We stayed 2 nights and it was an amazing stay.

The service was great from the front counter. They were very helpful and had a nice bubbly personality.nAs far as the Amenities, they had breakfast in the morning and it was pretty decent and the pool and hot tub are nicely taken care of as well.nWhere it falls short is the rooms themselves.nThere were what looked to be boogers on the wall and smear marks of who knows what. The carpet floors looked to have so many stains all over the place which was the first thing I noticed walking into the room not to mention the smell of wet dogs as I opened the door and entered the room right away. Now on to the bathroom. The mirror was dirty and smear marks were all over it as well. The walls in the bathroom and cord for the dryer looked disgusting.nThe shower had rust around the drain and then around the tile on the grout there was black mold as well in the corners and throughout.nI will say whoever takes care of the rooms doesn't do a good job at all whatsoever and management should be more closely observing and overlooking their work if they care to keep having more residual customers coming back.nI have stayed here a couple times before and so this wasn't my first time, but this time might have sealed the deal for me on returning to this location.

There is not a zero rating!!! Definitely deserves -0!!! I literally cannot describe how horrible this hotel was! From the pink mold in the toilet, to the bed that for sure someone else had already slept on, to the fact that there is 0 security on any of the doors to prevent non residents from entering the hotel. Dirty towels and sticky floors, worse experience ever for $200 a night. They should be shut down. Or at least labeled as a crack den!! For your safety DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

This hotel was bad. Not the worst I've stayed at, but far from a good or forgettable stay. I came with a group of students. Most of the rooms were very dirty. Mine smelled like smoke, the toilet was out of service, and the sink did not drain. Some of theirs were much worse. The person at the desk said they were completely out of towels. When we arrived, one of rooms was currently occupied by someone else. There were large dogs roaming the hallways unattended at night, leaving fecal gifts for sleepwalkers. I would recommend staying somewhere else.
