Motel 6 Kelso - Mt St Helens

The hotel staff was very friendly and called to ask if I liked the room. This was reassuring as I was traveling alone. I said it was fine. Later on though the fan in the adjoining room was running and rather loud. Also: it only had a shower and boy for 67 bucks, it sure would be nice to take a nice hot bath after a hard days work. I do like the free dog policy. Thank you

It had been a while since I have stayed at a Motel 6. I thought this motel was very clean and appeared to have been recently upgraded or refurbished. Everything worked and the rooms seemed quieter than I remember in the past. Kind and sincere desk people. I would stay there again is need be.

The room was clean & nicely decorated. Bed was firm & comfortable. The shower door did not close quite right & one of the handles came off. But all in all it was a very good low priced hotel room. I'm old and even my 1950s mother would have been okay with this room.

The rooms are cheap, quiet, and the air conditioning works wonderfully, the staff are for the most part very friendly and helpful, although the WiFi is NOT free, there were a couple towels that we're stained they are extremely strict about their visitor policy, the newspaper (the daily news) is in the lobby 6 days a week. Hot coffee every morning in the lobby as well. There is a pool and it was almost as nice as the air conditioning

Room was small. I believe the room was made for ONE bed, yet they got two in there. Beds were up against the wall on one side or the AC/Heater on the other. Just a basic room. No little refrigerator or small coffee pot to make your own in the morning. Outside, the stairs needed to be pressure washed badly. Pool was the best part of our 4 day stay. Noise from the highway was a bit much on the side that faces it. I come from silence at night, so this was tough. This was the cheapest place I found in the area. Not bad if you are only going to sleep here and head out daily.
