GuestHouse Inn & Suites Kelso

This hotel was amazing and very accommodating. We stayed one night in 2 rooms . Us in one king size room and the kids in a 2 queen bed room and they made sure we were right next to each other! The pool and hot tub were very clean and fun. The free breakfast amazing and there were so many different options to choose from, waffle bar, omelettes, I went with the biscuits and gravy. There were cereals and oatmeal and hardboiled eggs and muffins and toast and bagels oh and fruit and if course juices and coffee . We had a great time here at the Guest House and would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone who is traveling through the kelso/Longview area.

They advertise that this hotel is clean. The front desk and the outside of the hotel look clean but when you get into the rooms, they are very gross and disgusting. Pictures to follow. After traveling a 14 hour day came to my room to get some sleep And take a shower. Water pressure is very very low mold all around the bathtub. Knowing I was going to check out in the morning decided to get some sleep with a consistent bang coming from my air conditioner every 15 minutes to wake me up. When I advise the office about it,the lady was very rude and unprofessional. She did not reassure me in a professional way that she was going to take care of the matter. They advertise online that they have a heated pool and hot tub. The pool is very gross and the hot tub is not working. When I ask the front desk about that as well all they did was close the pool. If you’re looking for a pool and a hot tub traveling out of state, I would not stay here. If you’re looking for a professional comfortable and clean environment. This is not the place for you.

Clean facility, nice people. The hot tub had a lot of chlorine in it but it was clean. They only had one waffle maker for breakfast and the eggs were omelet-form and frozen

Not my first choice but there weren't many options at the time so we took it. There were a few issues with the room like screws falling out of the door mechanisms, things like that.. so the only reason why I'm writing this review is, make sure that you double check the fine print they do not allow early check out. This to me seems ridiculous, I travel a lot for work and I have never ran into this issue before. That being said I will avoid this place at all cost, this is not a frequent travelers hotel..

It’s a nice and affordable lodging. Rooms are clean and big. The only recommendation is to have more variety for breakfast. We only had grits and toasts. More items in breakfast will be better
