Red Deer Mitsubishi

Came out for the Grand opening and Ryan helped me out while looking at a few different cars!! Super informative and answered all my questions. 10/10 would recommend. He also has a good sense of style and is caring towards seniors, I watched him help an old lady across a busy street once.

I recently purchased an Outlander form Red Deer Mitsubishi and I totally love the car, as well my experience with the staff. I worked with Ryan and was impressed that he had my pre approval and a vehicle picked out for me based on my budget and vehicle specification as soon as I arrived for our meeting. I'm a busy single Mom, I work a lot of hours and appreciate things moving quickly. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, we went for a test drive and he showed me all of the vehicle safety features, knowing I have children and this was a key element in my decision. I didn't feel any pressure when dealing with him, he answered all of my questions and understood this was a big deal purchase for me. Ryan facilitated a meeting with his Manager in order to work out the financials in a prompt and efficient manner. After an agreement was made I whisked off to an amazing lady in the Finance Department and drove my new vehicle home that night. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was courteous and professional, I would recommend seeking Ryan out as he is respectful, he listens to his customers, he will organize the details with ease, and provides follow-up services as needed.

I went to the dealership to buy a new SUV. Was greeted with a warm smile from a Salesman Trevor. Helps me find a Ford Explorer I like and made the sales process easy and guided me through the whole process. Thank you for Red Deer Mitsubishi and will send my family and friends. I was contacted by someone stating to be An employee of Red Deer Mitsubishi on Kijiji, in regards to a used car I had posted. He stated that he had a client interested in my car, and “wanted to get me full value”. When I offered to sell it to him, he insisted I must trade it in and purchase a vehicle through him, due to “liability”. I have been contacted by other dealerships who use similar tactics, but make their intentions clear from the outset. I can appreciate the creativity of this interaction, but would hope that this business holds its staff to a higher standard of transparency in their online conduct in the future.
