Chris the service manager at Cycle works is beyond amazing! I honestly can not describe how appreciative I am for him. I have a 2015 Yamaha R3 that I purchased from Cycle Works two years ago. She has ran smooth and been very good to me. Unfortunately, I didn't notice one of my battery bolts came loose. Panicking when my bike wouldn't start after work in a somewhat sketchy area of Red Deer, I called them to see if they had a battery in stock because I figured mine had died somehow. It was a little bit passed closing time and thankfully I got through to Chris. He was so helpful, told me to stay put and not worry - he was on the way with a battery booster. He got my battery up and running and offered to help me out with the proper parts the next day. I am so thankful and highly recommend them!

After a bad string of problems with dealerships doing work on my vehicles , I was nervous about bringing my quad to another dealership . Chris in service made my experience a delight by explaining everything to me ! And I also had the pleasure of dealing with kourtney in purchasing a new helmet . Both great people who definitely love where they work and take pride in the work they do . I would highly recommend cycleworks for all your Motorsports needs ! 👍🏻👍🏻

Had an amazing experience with the guys here at cycleworks! I called in this summer on a Tuesday asking about a new beginner quad for my daughter, guy on the phone ( gosh I can't remember his name) was super helpful suggested the artic cat 90cc was the way to go, he gave me a straight forward no bs price, I asked him to have it ready Friday morning. I showed up at 9am on Friday morning and the front staff already new what I was there for! They had my machine all built and ready to go, I signed a couple documents and away I went! In under 25min! Love the effiencty! Thanks boys!

I brought my motorcycle to cycle works on June 20th to look at transmission and fix the brakes. It took 5 weeks just to look at the transmission. Once the transmission was put back together they looked at the brakes and said it would take 4 more weeks to get brake lines in. Its August 27th and has now been 5 more weeks and still no word from cycle works.....10 WEEKS to look at my transmission and fix the brakes and I still don't have my bike back. Not happy at all with the service. No bike all summer. Could have had brake lines on order while the transmission was torn apart and had my bike back 5 weeks earlier. Hopefully I get it back before it snows :l
