Gord Scott Nissan

A great experience at Gord Scott Nissan. Our salesperson Cameron was awesome and was very knowledgeable in the vehicles they sell. No pressure and really helped us get everything we wanted. On pickup of the vehicle they walked us through everything and made sure everything was perfect. A very good experience and would highly recommend. Appreciate the service and thanks Cam for getting us into our new vehicle.

Recently shopped for a vehicle and dealt with Tracey and Bob at Gord Scott Nissan. While we did not end up purchasing a vehicle there because we chose another brand, we were treated incredibly warmly and respectfully and will certainly return to deal with them in the future. They were knowledgeable and accommodating and really helped us in our decision making, trying to make sure that we would be happy with whatever we chose, whether we purchased there or not. Would recommend this dealership to anyone!

I am almost at the point where I spend more time here then I do at my own job. I have had nothing but problems with my SUV (did not buy it here.) I had extreme problems on waiting at other places to get things fixed and rude behaviour. First time my car was in I was not happy with them. There was no communication and it seemed like know one knew what was going on with my car. I was promised phone calls that I never got. I was so fed up, Talked with manager (cant remember his name) at this point I felt like he handled the situation very well and made me feel better about it. Next visit, Of course your car needs to have problems when your leaving out of county, this time they called me none stop as well with emails keeping me up to date. Not everything was fixed by the time I was leaving so they ended up keeping my car for me! Great! Third visit, everyone remembers me, making jokes and extremely helpful. This time - I call cause my car is once again broken and I was not happy! Michael (and I have dealt with him multiple times) was amazing, helped me out and under stood my frustration was for the car not towards him, he made light of the situation and made me feel confident that I was once gain leaving my junk with him. Once I get it back today The thing is for sale. I will be purchasing a new one. The team started off not too good for me, but changed it around in a heart beat. They give fantastic service and I have been extremely happy with how fast they have taken on my problems. Some waiting time for parts but have never waited for them to actually get it in and look at what's wrong! Above and beyond service. I will be coming back!
