Overall very satisfied with the food here. Decent price and minimal wait time for food. We ordered summer salad, hawaiian pizza, baja chicken tacos and chimichurri pork tacos.nnSummer salad: It was extremely sweet but very tasty. The cranberries and candied walnuts work well together. It's an indulging salad!nnHawaiian pizza: It tasted good but was very floppy because the base is a millimetre thin! The outer crust was a bit too blackened so had a burnt taste.nnBaja chicken tacos: Very tasty and generous fillings.nnChimichurri pork tacos: Tasty enough and filling but lacks the flavour that would make it stand out. There was too much guacamole compared to everything else, it needs a better balance.nnBonus: It would be nice if the tacos came with a hot sauce to dip/add.
The food was terrific. The beer, equally so. We ordered a LOT of food. Much more than was needed for the three of us. Dog friendly, so my pup was happy. Pup water bowls already filled and waiting to be served. Great attention from all the staff. My first visit, but I'll definitely be back.
These Baja chicken tacos are the real deal. They immediately reminded me of some of the best tacos I’ve had in California.nnThe roasted chicken was incredibly tender and flavorful, the pickled onions added just the right amount of acidity, and the chipotle-lime crema tied everything together. The salsa had enough heat to make your mouth sing without overpowering the rest of the ingredients. A squeeze of fresh lime finished them perfectly.nnThey looked smaller than I expected, but don’t let that fool you—they’re generously filled and surprisingly satisfying. Three tacos left me completely full without feeling heavy.nnI paired them with an ice-cold Diet Coke, and it was one of the most satisfying meals I’ve had in Kelowna in a long time. I’ll definitely be back.
Springtime and Easter weekend at Red Bird Brewing was such a great experience! The atmosphere is lively, welcoming, and perfect for celebratin with friends and family. The patio had such a nice spring vibe, and it felt like the whole place was buzzing with good energy.nnThe craft beer selection is fantastic with lots of unique options, and the wood-fired pizza was absolutely delicious — fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. It’s the kind of spot where you can relax, enjoy great food and drinks, and soak in the community atmosphere.nnIf you’re looking for a fun place to celebrate Easter weekend or just enjoy the beautiful spring weather in Kelowna, Red Bird Brewing is definitely worth a visit. Great drinks, great food, and a great vibe. I’ll definitely be back!
This is one place in Kelowna that is extremely well managed.nnThey have plenty of staff, line ups are quick and the food comes up fast and very good.nnMost places in Kelowna should take notes of how well they are managed.nnLove red bird!
