I used to go to Kandahar Kebab whenever I craved for Halal Afghani Kebabs until I found Real Kebab, which is closer to my house. Their food quality is really good, staff is really nice and always smiling. I will definitely be coming here a lot. I loved their Vaziri Thigh One skewer of charbroiled chicken thigh and one skewer of seasoned ground beef
Tasty kebab spot in northeast markham! We got a platter for a family get together and was pleasantly surprised! The kebabs were juicy and everything was pretty well priced as my wife had checked out other competitors in the surrounding vicinity. It was all well packed considering the large foil platter we had and everything was kept in at place all the way until it was time to open it up and have everyone eat it! Didn’t go to pick it up, but my wife did and the online ordering went without a hitch. Definitely found the go to kebab spot for markham! Great job! Small location at the edge of Markham Rd and major Mackenzie. Though the food takes time to come out, the portions and freshness of the food are well in between. The Afghan flavours are on point and the spices are sensational. Highly recommend it
Food is of good quality and delicious. Servers are pleasant. No complaints. They have lunch specials that aren't listed on the website. I recommend the Chicken Koobideh and the Mantu.
Super delicious healthy meal. Huge too. Rice well cooked. Love the ambience. You could actually host a small get-together here. Owner tended to us as though nothing else existed...humble and courteous. Very neat and well maintained space. I recommend this place to all.
We Yemeni Canadian Club had a tent in the MuslimFest and volunteers got hungry and when i googled for Halal restaurants i got this and I don’t regret. Delicious and tasty. We took family pack of 10 people as we had a tent in the MuslimFest and it was enough for us as we were around 15
The food at Real Kebab is simply amazing! The kebabs are so flavourful and the portions are perfect. Definitely way better than the other Afghan restaurants in the area! Only wish it was closer to me!! If you are in the Markham area I highly recommend trying it out!
Really great food, need better trained staff. EDIT: My original review was poor as I had a bad customer service experience with someone who was apparently new to the job. However, the manager gave me a call the next day and made it right, which I appreciate. The food is so delicious, and the manager has great customer service skills. I'm hoping to see staff trained to the same level in the future.

My husband and I came here for the 1st time, and absolutely loved the food here. The staff is so kind and welcoming. The quality of the meat was great as well. Will definitely be coming back soon!
