I ordered Mango slush and it was instantly ready because they didn't make new one. They just use leftover and when I asked, she said it's freshly made. After confronting her that I didn't see her make any thing she then change the statement to oh I just made it few minutes ago.  I thought they make your order according to your customisation like more sugar, less ice, etc. Although she asked if I needed new fresh one. My question is why can't you served fresh at the first time.

Best place to get bubble tea. Most of their flavours are very refreshing and taste great but the Mango bubble tea with real fruit mango chunks is the most delicious

I recently visited bubble tea guelph , their service is too good and they deal patiently. And there drinks are always fresh. Must visit Food: 5/5

i watched a worker drop a stack of coffee cups into the garbage, and then dumpster dive to pick them back up and put them back with the clean cups. there were banana peals and used napkins jn the garbage. nasty.

Real fruit is good. personally my least favourite boba chain. boba drink flavours are not great and drinks are too pulpy. Juices are probably okay though.

I like visiting there. I regularly visit there and Rajdeep always give me the best drink to drink every time I visit. Must visit and try there drinks.

The service at this place is a joke. I waited 30 minutes not even exaggerating for carrot juice because their machine was super slow and eventually broke down. After all that the resulting product was disgusting - extremely pulpy. I don't blame the employees, I blame management for not maintaining/investing in better equipment.

The drinks are good, but that's not the problem. I've ordered mobile multiple times and when I go to pick it up even half an hour later. They haven't even received it yet. I have to say I have a mobile ...then they make the drink..what is the point of having a mobile order option then. Pointless. Fairview Park Mall location never had this problem.
