So happy another bubble tea store opened up in Guelph! Ordered the brown sugar oolong milk tea with 2J and a royal milk tea with pearl which were both really good! Chewy pearls without the dry, doughy centre! Also tried out the strawberry bubble cake. It's not pink, but the strawberry flavour is really noticeable, I recommend it if you like the flavour! The inside is decorated like typical, cool hangout cafe. The staff are really nice and quick. Hope they stay open for a long time! It's looking like a great place to hang out downtown!
Great place to take on a first date. Prices are low for being in the high priced heart of downtown Guelph. Wonderful friendly staff. Amazing presentation of the food. The food tastes great and properly proportioned. The atmosphere is very home like. You are going to find yourself very comfortable at this store.Food: 5/5
I've been here 3 times since this establishment first opened in Guelph. I am satisfied with the staff and the cake. I love the cake-scented atmosphere of this place. However the minus point is that the drinks are not what I expected. It's not bad, but it doesn't have the milky taste I'm used to.
Unique style! Came by for first time with my boyfriend.. The staff was very friendly and care to explain the menu for us. We had a strawberry bubble waffle with ice cream inside.. The ice cream was very tasty and you can actually taste the strawberries in the waffle. We also had a craffle waffle créeme brûlée which was our favourite! The place has a very nice with a clean environment and calming background music. Make sure to grab enough napkins!!! Thank you guys!
Just got 5 Drinks today all different flavours and all had different toppings. This place is amazing usually my drinks are messed up some how but this place always gets it done right especially when they were in a rush it was all done quick and right! Nice interior as well.

I just want to say that I came here for a ice cream waffle, milk tea, and croffle. There was a very rude lady and guy that showed up who were upset that this incredibly busy team wasn't fast enough at their jobs. This place was PACKED. Just want to shout out to the three working tonight. You guys are awesome and keep being awesome! Thank you for providing the best service you can during a Friday University rush! If no one else appreciates you guys, just know that at least a few of us do!
Very happy Gong Cha finally opened in Guelph. Went on a Saturday rainy night. Very nice location and ambience. The bubble tea was great and love the sample ice cream, very yummy and just the right sweetness. However the bubble teas I ordered with 50% sugar tasted like regular sugar levels, had ordered two bubble teas in a single order but was delivered almost like separate orders. Still in early days so I'm sure the service will only get better. Will definitely be back and looking forward to an even better experience. Update Nov 12: My second visit, Nov 12 to Nov 18 is buy one get one free for their top 10 drinks. The sweetness level is great now and the order of two drinks was delivered as expected, which is together. The bubbles are very tasty. Also loyalty points are here as well. 5 Stars!
So many unique flavours at this spot, and all easily customizable, as they ask you what % of ice and sweetness you want right at cash. I got the toasted coconut coffee smoothie and highly recommend
Amazing place .very fast service... Associates are very friendly...lots of flavours to choose from.. can say best in town...
