We found Kim Hines, our real estate agent, by accident and it was a true blessing. If we hadn't met her, we would possibly not be living in our dream condo right now because I was so picky about who to trust with the biggest purchase of our lives. From the moment we met her we knew that she was special. There is something about Kim that instantly made us like her and very soon trust her. She has done extra research and saved us at least once from a bad purchase. What is best about Kim is her personality. I believe she gets preferential treatment from the sellers too because of that.. Due to errors made by Olivia Mendez and Diana Knight, my lawyer advised that the real estate deal was null and void. When I brought this to their attention, they first denied there was a problem. It took two days to resolve, even after I brought in the broker of record. When I asked for a reduction in commission due to the legal fees, stress and inconvenience, they accused me of "acting in bad faith". I expect real estate professionals to act with integrity and to acknowledge, and take immediate steps to correct, errors that jeopardize a transaction involving over a million dollars. I would not entrust them with another listing.

I walk by this office often and look at the pictures of real estate in the window. One day an agent came out to say hello to me and said she noticed me looking at the listings in the window from time to time. I told her owning was a dream and not something I am ready to do just yet. She said that was fine and asked if I had any questions in the mean time and invited me to come in and talk with an agent when I felt I was ready. I was supposed to meet the listing agent Omar for a unit at 77 Maitland Place, but he never showed up. When we first spoke he was very condescending, but I still requested we meet to view the unit. We had confirmed to meet at 6 pm, I was waiting in the lobby for about 15 minutes and had not heard from him so I decided to call his office, as he didn't give a callback number and called from a private number when we first spoke. Ted, who answered the office's phone was very helpful and paged the agent my number in an attempt to get him to contact me, but I never heard from him. I would not recommend selling or buying with this agent if his behavior towards me is a representation of his work ethic.
