I think if you go and see properties , they have a lot of options . But once i am in paperwork and final selection , my representative Ramyar Azizi has very less patience on dealing with customers and making them feel comfortable . He made me feel that i am not a customer but a beggar who comes here to ask stuff for free , the way he treated me will not let me choose homelife this time . There have been several times i felt it . It was more of a headache to buy from him than him to sell me . If it happened was once i could have thought to let go but not once .

In response to Meili Li's review of yours truly, Shami Maharaj. It bewilders me that one can take years out of their life like I have, being honest and building a trustworthy professional reputation, only for a sad, sour and uncooperative tenant to try to ruin that, and further, get to post her fabrications for the world to see. No doubt Meili and I didn't get along, but that was only because I was acting in my client's best interest - as I always do! - and not her selfish interests. Not sure what religion has to do with her post, but it's easy to see from her ONE review that it was a personal and malicious attack from a jilted tenant. My clients continue to do business with me successfully, despite your best efforts to accomplish otherwise. All the best to you Meili, Ii hope you find peace. Take care.

Very reactive. Very efficient. ahmed was available for any questions/doubts...always honest and helpful. We had a very satisfying experience working with him! We are confident to refer him to others! He was a very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Has a very calming affect as he navigates you through what could be a stressful time of your life! Ahmed was willing to go above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. Would definitely recommend ahmed to anyone looking to buy/sell/rent their home.

Sabes Arumathurai is the best! He was thorough and professional and great to work with. He kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. He was honest and forthright- no games. Sabes is very upfront, extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. He really cared about us, and right away understood our needs from our initial conversation. He sold our condo 225 village green sq within 5 hours and found us a great house that fit right in our price range! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. I would highly recommend him and I'm looking forward to work with Sabes in the future !

Recently came across Shami Maharaj in the selling process and he is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I was a tenant in a tenant-occupied unit for sale. I was in close relationship with the landlords. The landlords are older, belongs to a tight knit religious community and live away from the city. They entrusted Shami with all of staging, photography, showings... i.e. the entire sales process. Shami was late or no show to appointments, told me he was unable to "find a cleaner" or "find a photographer" because I had too much stuff, but told the landlords he arranged for cleaning and staging. As an investor, I own my property and am very familiar with the sales process. Shami put in almost no work to sell the property, did not even send out an email on offer date to remind buyers I happen to know one of the interested potential buyers. The unit had NO offers after 10 showings in a popular downtown building with an identical unit showed for 30 times and sold during the same week. I'm leaving a review after moving out of the unit because I sincerely think Shami was purposely providing false information to my landlord to benefit his personal interest that ended up causing great economic and emotional damage on my landlord as a seller throughout the process. Beware of the good reviews.

Do not hire Sabes arumaithurai as a real estate agent. He is dishonest and has no negotiating skills. Does not work for the client's best interest. He was recommended by a friend but after asking around about this agent and seeing it for myself I suggest you find another realtor.

Hands down Shami Maharaj is the absolute best realtor, who got my aunt into the home she wanted. He has been there every step of the way with her, and answered any and every question and a very funny guy as well. I highly recommend that you look him up. Shami Maharaj thank you on behalf of my aunt and myself.
