Easy to navigate aisles and always fully stocked, affording us with the ability to be in-and-out within 10-15 minutes, tops. Love this location over the one located in Whitby which, by contrast, is a maze!.
I specifically would like to mention the greeting I received today as I entered the front of the store. Vinith gave a big smile, said good morning and was so very helpful to direct me to Customer Service. I was helped with professionalism and kindness once there and found everything I was looking for during this visit.nVinith should be commended for his approach to incoming customers and for continuing to smile, when some people barely grunt back! : He is a wonderful representative of the Real Canadian Superstore, Ajax and his greeting and manner made my day! Store is good, with some specific sections like keto friendly food, organic fruits and packaged food items, etc..., also this location is with gym, some stores, bakery and ready to eat meals kind of food section.nnOne thing to note that this is a premium price store, so things sold here are comparatively around the higher edge of price point sold in other stores. But since they do price match with lot of other stores, which is rare nowadays specially after COVID.nnBut very few staff members, heavy cost cutting in staffing, not enough support for customers. All the time we keep looking for people who actually don't have clear idea for whereabouts of specific items. Some seasonal staff try to help. But ironically they don't have enough knowledge about the store.
I had a great experience at the Real Canadian Superstore on Kingston Road! Among the many highlights of my visit, I was thrilled to find Skor chocolate here. Since arriving in the U.S., I haven’t spotted Skor in any supermarket, so it was such a pleasant surprise to see it here in Ajax. It brought back so much nostalgia!nnOn top of that, I was also happy to browse through the Joe Fresh clothing section. They have stylish and affordable options that made shopping even more enjoyable. The store is spacious, well-stocked, and offers a wide variety of products. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!
Love love Super Store but my love for that place is slowly fading! Like I have pictures of meat exposed cause the person wrapping the meat is doing a terrible job at it or the manager is failing at his job! Fact is something ain't right for this to happen more than once! Disgusting and in this day and age where we all know that viruses are rampant and really there is no room for stupidity especially when you work with delicate products such as meat! What us the point of food and safety if big stores like you guys fail at the very main thing that is keeping your clients safe by making sure food handling safety is key! I'm afraid to buy meat from you guys cause i gotta think twice every time I go up to the meat section. Look closely and you'll see Please DO BETTER! LnPs. Loyal Custy!
