If we would have similar store nearby, we would not go here. Bought Thepla from here. Opened the packet very same day and noticed fungus on it.nnOften time we noticed that two snacks packets with same expiry dates: one is really fresh, another one is oily and felt expired.
Awful experience.nI love the original location on markham and ellesmere better.nPeople at this location were super rude. Didnt bother to answer or give correct information when asked about things.nWhen I picked up the rakhi. There were two stickers on it. One yellow with $3.99 and other orange with $2.99.nThe girl at the counter just told me she will charge me 3.99 without even apologizing. She didnt even care to tell others about two stickers. If the prices were increased they should have done better job removing the old sticker. Would never recommend this location to my family and friends
They used to have a monopoly in the area bit not anymore but the mindset is still the same. Over the years, they've started price gouging , replaced better branded products with their own branded one's that are much, much inferior in quality. They often sell spices, food products that are expired. Most items are anywhere from a dime to over a dollar more priced compared to other stores nearby. Never going there again!
It was worse experience there. I bought henna from there 5 days back and when i went there to return it back because i purchased for someone else but she already bought it from somewhere else and i don’t need it anymore. A girl was working there and i asked her to return it she told me we won’t take it back because we have no return policy on this product and i simply asked her if you don’t have return policy then why you don’t mention on this product? She told me many things blah blah in high volume. Is this way to deal with customers? If you don’t take it back then simply can tell the customer in a polite manner. The tune was very different. I was regular customer of panchvati but now after getting this type of experience, i never come back to this store and also recommend it my colleagues and friends to not go there.nnOkay, on the other hand when looking at the products whether it's good, the answer is NO. Price is very high for items.nnBuyers be aware you won't get the right products in a right price and also respect in this place. Stay away !
I'm really upset about the prices they're charging for groceries!! They've hiked prices and reduced quantities, and when you politely raise the issue in-store, they treat you poorly. It feels like a money-making scheme with no regard for customers. Items that cost $4 just two months ago are now $10 or less with smaller portion!!
