Huge store, has almost everything. My only issue is no carts at the entrance. There is a spot for them but often empty. All in the lot spots. So even if you get a close spot you still have a walk to get a cart.

Better flow in the last year, since they have completed renovations and improved their deployment of cashiers at peak times on weekends. Getting in and out of the parking lot can still be a major challenge at such times however and analysis/reorganization of the parking lot needs to occur to promote better entry and egress, i.e. eliminate the straight thru option, whether coming or going. Selection of produce is good, but still regularly have outages on common items such as cucumbers. Their selection and quality of other fresh goods, including bakery, dairy and deli is lacking and I often go to other vendors for such products.

Good selection and good prices. I save lots by shoping here for our large family.

The customer service here is very poor. Staff often do not know where anything is located and when you speak to anyone, they act as if you are wasting their time. My interaction with Kelly at customer service tonight was a good example of the poor interpersonal skills these staff have. She was not helpful in the least initially, until I pressed the matter. Eventually she gave me useful information but her negative attitude from start to finish was beyond unprofessional.

No debit or credit. Cash only for today. SAD. Dairy lobby owns cheese out there. Good luck getting a fairly priced brick. AWFUL.
