I'm in a wheelchair and unable to access store from front entrance, went to the back door which is wheelchair accessible and it's locked? I knocked and store clerk refused to open the door for me, he just shook his head no and crossed his arms and walked away. Very frustrating for me, do they really think locking the back door will help them stop shoplifting and robbery? It was a slap in my face to be denied entry, I won't be going back there again and I will lodge a complaint with the city and whomever else I have to.
