I have had nothing but good experiences when I have gone into this bakery. Good service, friendly an pleasant, delicious food, love the pumpkin tarts and variety of pies. Delicious GF options as well. I enjoy the sandwiches too!!!! Nice place to stop for a snack or lunch. I wish the coffee machine worked more often... It always seems broken.

Examining the front, there were a few squares, some cake slices, and a few baked goods, but everything had the curious impression of looking like it came from a supermarket bakery. The products available were ones that you could find in any good bakery: danishes, chocolate cake, Nanaimo bars and cookies, so it's hard to pinpoint what it was. They just seemed... strangely, inexplicably generic?... -- "Mimi's Cake Tour"

I asked the guy working to make me his favorite sandwich. It was so good. The bread alone made the sandwich. They had a great selection for Kamloops of gluten free options as well. I'll be back for sure.

I can't believe this is the only gluten free place in Kamloops, after being spoiled with great bakeries in Vancouver,  I felt I was back in time 10 years ago when gluten free tasted so blahhhh..

Love the gluten free flax seed bread and friends and family love the cinnamon buns.   Travel across town to get it.

Horrible customer service received today. I would definitely hit up Erwins or Swiss Pastries if I had been closer to downtown.

They somehow managed to put the top on a birthday cake wrong so by the time I returned home the cake decorating the only reason I got it from here was completely ruined

Poor customer service, mediocre food. If there was zero stars I would've chosen that.

I love this bakery! The cranberry coconut bars are amazing!
