Robbie is a great member of our community. He is always contributing to the local schools. He is always available when I have any questions and has made the selling and buying process a lot easier. It's nice to have a Realtor who was looking out for my family's interests and not push us into something we didn't need. I really can't say enough good things about Robbie and his team, Robbie represented us for both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one. For the sale, he was professional, provided great suggestions for staging and even had a staging consultant come by to help us. He advertised our home EVERYWHERE, and after the first open house we had multiple offers over asking to choose from. For the purchase of our new home, Robbie helped us look everywhere, and when we found the "it" house, he made sure we got it, even when that meant camping out on the seller's driveway while he successfully negotiated our way past 5 other offers over asking. He and his team really went over and above on both deals. We initially met Robbie though his involvement in our community and through our children's school where he donates his time and money, and we are glad we did. Would not hesitate to recommend Robbie to anyone looking to buy or sell!!
