When  looking to change real estate offices 7 years ago, with a 3 page list of 'needs & wants' in my search criteria started as a daunting task. I met with HomeLife Benchmark Cloverdale office owner Rick Dubord, and instantly found what they offer checked all that was on my list. The fees I pay to be part of this office include the best of ongoing training, business upgrades, administrative & management support and cutting edge technology. Rick is a true visionary and a stellar example in this Real Estate industry, backed by his continual investment to help our businesses excel. He constantly embraces new ideas, programs, supports. I have been a part of the Homelife Cloverdale office in many capacities since 2000. When I made the decision to become licensed, there was no other office for me. The dedication of the management team and support staff behind the agents to achieve success has made me a better person and agent.

When I started with Homelife back in 2007 I had interviewed with a few different companies. But none stood out like the Cloverdale Homelife office did and still does over 10 years later. I chose this particular office after meeting Rick Dubord and seeing what he had to offer in comparison to other companies. He was and is so much more forward thinking than most of the Owner/Brokers I have met over the years. When you are new to real estate or any industry for that matter it is important to have people to turn to for support. Rick and Natalie have always been there to help when we have challenges or questions needing answered. If they cannot answer they will do their best to get us an educated answer to ensure we are able to perform the best we can for our clients.
