I had a very unfortunate dealings with this company specifically with the real estate agent by the name of Brad Lambert. I asked for a market evaulation on my property and Brad Lambert informed me that unless I gave him the listing he could not be bothered to waste his time. After I complained to the managing broker I received a second call from Brad Lambert asking me how I make my living and when I refused to answer his question he promptly informed me that he makes his living with commissions and unless I wanted to list the house he did not want to spend any time with me. I explained to him that this was contrary to the companys website and his own Mission Statement Brad was very rude and stated "I know how you people work " It is only in this red hot real estate market the true character of Brad Lambert comes out too busy to earn my business old fashioned way ...with exceptional client service !! Brad Lambert needs to loose some business to learn to be grateful again and North Star realty should have dealt with the problem instead of supporting their arrogant agent.
