From out of the area and Mindy Jones was knowledgable about the market, Alabama law, and does not pressure you in any way. It's really nice she was raised in the area and shares her local knowledge to assist you in making a sound decision.

Met with Bob Shallow for the first time today & very impressed with his professionalism, of course the fact that he is also a fellow former New Englander didn't hurt. He really knows his stuff & the property has a history with him since he sold it to these sellers originally. He was very knowledgeable, not only about the property, but also about taxes, insurance & all of the details a perspective buyer needs to know. To be continued.... So we called Bob Sunday morning, got a call back within the hour & made an appointment for 8am the next morning, today. He was there when we arrived, to view the property that we were interested in, with a smile and armed with all the information we wanted & have us some excellent history of the property. He also took the time to give us a lot of insight and shared his expertise. He intently listened to our history and what we were looking for & what our needs are instead of what "sales" folk too often do by just talking about what they want ;- When we all realized that this property checked all the boxes for our needs & wants the only thing left to do was to make this happen. Bob was not our representative but he immediately explained that he was really motivated to help his clients, the current owners, sell asap due to their personal reasons & told us what he thought we could offer that should accomplish both their directives & still getting us a really good deal. He also advised us that he had the resources in-house facilitate a quick & efficient finacial arrangement that would work for us. We decided to put our trust in Bob and to proceed to see if in fact that he could deliver. He took some basic information & informed us that he had a couple more appointments right away but asked if we could come by his office in two hours & we agreed. *** Note: it's important to this story to note that we were about to leave town for an extended period to our primary residence so time was a big factor. *** When we arrived at Paradise ReMax & Sunnie greeted us, got waters & brought us to her office & Bob came by to let us know that we would be next meeting with Maureen Mo for short in her adjoining office & that Mo is an outstanding mortgage broker who would advise in solutions that worked best for us. Mo's with Barr Group mortgage brokers, a different review As promised Sunnie had all paperwork ready to review & there were a couple changes needed which she fixed & fully reviewed the documents & answered all questions. Bob popped in to tell us he was going to take our offer away & do his best to make the deal. Next it was Mo with Barr Group. Mo helped us make the decisions necessary for the paperwork needed. Then finished & out the door & off to to TN. Later we got an enthusiastic call from Bob congratulating us. He'd spent 2 hours convincing the sellers to accept our offer & getting signatures. Nobody knew that they were also leaving for MI immediately after closing the deal, they were actually saying goodbye to their home & returning the frigid north. Timing! Update: only a week into this meeting, showing, office visit & contract and we've exchanged quite a few emails &,a handful of phone calls, voicemails &,texts. We've also either met or spoken to every staffer at the office including Mrs. Shallow who is also a representative & who got us some time sensitive answers. Whenever we've had questions they have all been quick to get us answers. Like today Bob called me to check in and when I told him that I'm only in town for 24 hours and asked if would be possible to do another walk through tomorrow & he assured me that he'd work me in between appointments. I am very happy that we decided to trust Bob & his group from day one because they've taken all the stress and guess work out of the process. There'll be more story but so far I can say, with confidence, that these folks are a top notch organization with some very sharp, bright & dedicated professionals. I can't imagine trusting anyone else with my real estate needs, period.
