When my partner and I were approved for our lease, we received enthusiastic phone calls from several members of the Metro team including Zara and Chad. There were several offers to assist with anything we may need during the move, and once we had settled in, Chad has dealt with our maintenance requests swiftly. He's also made it clear that we can get in touch for anything else we may need, and this level of attentiveness and communication is in stark contrast to agencies we've previously rented through. All in all, Metro has been an absolute pleasure to rent through.
Highly recommend metro property and especially Chad. Chad is our property manager and working with him has been a true pleasure. Chad has taken very good care of us during the duration of our lease and is always easy to reach with any queries or concerns. Whether it’s been about a maintenance issue or a general enquiry, Chad responds promptly and you can always count on a friendly encounter with every conversation!
Chad and Doug made our move into our new house such a smooth and easy going experience. No words can describe how thankful I am to have Chad as my property manager. My life was on a roller coaster at the start of the year but he help me in sorting my personal issues in relation to my tenancy. It was a smooth sailing experience!!! Chad Jason goes above and beyond to provide the best services. He always responds promptly manner. Highly Recommended Real Estate Agents It's been 5 years with Metro property never had any issues.
Our experience with Metro property as tenants has been terrible. We stayed at our property for 3 years. Had 3 different property managers. During the 3 years, they only came 2 times to properly inspect property physically. None the other times that they say they are going to be there, we were home all day and they never came - not good for property owners. Worst part was handing over the property. Last Property manager was joanne. After their final inspection and we fixed things in that email, kept sending more minor things that new tenants noticed and We had to go back and forth for example the lights were properly working but when they checked it took few secs to turn on and was usual for that light - for this we had to go, take a video to prove that this is usual and nothing new several times to fix, correct things at the property although we have had a professional final cleaning done. This was altogether an unpleasant experience dealing with them. The property managers were not very organised. They never came to site physically and we had to go and take photos and videos.
Over the period of time that we have rented through Metro Property we have had great support from the property manager Chad Josman. Chad has been very helpful and easy to work with. He has always worked with us in resolving any issues that have arisen. If Chad has been unavailable at the time of ringing he has always returned our calls in a timely manner. I would highly recommend using Chad for any property management Fantastic guy to work with, Thankyou for your help Chad

I highly recommend Metro Property Management, specifically Mr. Chad Josman, for taking excellent care of their tenants. Mr. Josman has consistently addressed all of my requests promptly and efficiently, often resolving them within an hour. If you're seeking management services for your rental property, I wholeheartedly recommend Metro Property Management.
Best part of my time dealing with metro in the 2 years I rented through them was ending the tenancy. Zero communication, could not get my property manager to reply to emails and was never in the office to answer calls. Was not told when she left the agency, didn’t get assigned another. Ended the tenancy because I couldn’t be bothered chasing them constantly to resolve a significant problem over a 6 month period.
