Crosstown Rentals

I rented a vacuum for extracting insulation, and I have to say, it did not work well at all. It took me 3 hours to extract just one 10x10 room. I mentioned it to the staff and they just said it qas fine when it left the store. Oh yeh, they didn't have a 100 feet of hose attached when they checked it.

We rented a motorized wheel barrel for a week. Since it was brand new and we were the first renters for this equipment, we had some issues with the motor. I called Tuesday morning and Brandon came to our house to fix it within an hour. On Friday evening, the motor wouldn't start. Crosstown was closed for the weekend but I left a message and Brandon called me back on Saturday morning. He came to check the equipment but we had it running with a new spark plug. Brandon gave us his cell number and told us we could call with any issues. He also offered us a discount on the rental fee even though I didn't request a discount. This is the first time we have had any problems with the rented equipment but they provided great service on this one instance when we had issues.

Returned my call. Always a plus in Newfoundland. No follow-up yet, but I remain hopeful.

Had what i needed, price was very competitive, counter service was great and equipment performed perfectly.
