Erin did an amazing job lifting and tinting my lashes. By far the best lift and tint I have received. I don’t need to use any curler or mascara - it’s amazing! Erin is very knowledgeable and processed my lashes for the perfect amount of time. Her studio within Refine is clean, beautiful, and easy to access. Erin is so lovely to chat with while she works or to just lay silently around while she works on your lashes, if that is your preference. I would highly recommend Erin to anyone!

I recently went for a facial with Bobbi and it was amazing. She was professional, asked questions about my skin and knew her products very well. The price was reasonable. Highly recommend!

I just had my first appointment this afternoon for a brow + lip wax with Erin, and I can confidently say I won’t be going anywhere else anytime soon. All the staff were super kind, friendly, and patient. Erin was sweet, gentle, easygoing and made me feel super comfortable - not to mention my brows look amazing! Nurse Natalie is great at making you feel comfortable and explaining exactly what is going to be taking place during the appointment. She pays close attention to detail and takes her time to make sure you are happy with the results!
