This branch is in a convenient location. Whether you are going to use the drive through ATM or go inside the bank perfectly located. It's usually a fairly busy CIBC but it's not to often you have to wait that long to get your cash or do your banking.

new envelope free cash deposits suck there.  It 90% of the time always rejects a bill even if they are in perfect condition. go back to the old ways .... and also open your back earlier? 930am? thats insane... i expected 7 or 8 like most other banks... *sigh*

my account is with simplii, machine won't accept a cheque I have, there doesn't appear to be another option to deposit it.

Went to to deposit cash and cheque in new ATM machine. The new machine doesn't require envelopes, and it's supposed to accept up to 50 items at once. It accepted 6 of the 20 bills and also spit out the cheque. I can see an issue with verifying actual amounts deposited.........FAIL!
