Useless, can't get to the bank during the day because I start early and finish late, Cora is no help whatsoever, you also have to wait ages for someone to answer, not that I've had someone to answer. RBS are the way NOT to do things.
The wait queue is always ridiculously long and can stretch outside the door. Not to mention the staff at best are either to talkative with customers holding up said queue even longer or have an attitude problem and make you feel as if you're annoying them. Parking is also a problem with cars parking outside people's houses next to the bank often obstructuno driveways or making it difficult to cross the road as you won't be able to see oncoming traffic which is dangerous considering there is a roundabout where cars can come speeding in. I would recommend using another branch as this one needs to improve.
I only moved to the area recently but got introduced to one of the bank managers recently and was made to feel very welcome. However RBS has an obsession with kiosk-style service now rather than normal tellers which means there are actually less people to serve you than there should be - big queues are very common.
Horrendous waiting times, told to wait outside as claimed full and for social distance yet member of staff standing right next to a customer at machine, and was an empty seat, horrible attitude poorly run place, very slow, told to use machine for transactions, but previous experience was awful didn't read money and wanted to use manual system, but staff had major attitude, screens can't even see typing in pin, won't be back horrible place would give zero stars if could.
Never enough staff for the amount of customers that use this bank on a daily basis,can wait in a queue for at least 30 minutes it's bloody rediculous!!!!
booked an appointment 2 weeks ago, as i turned up they told me my appointment was cancelled, nobody informed me about it, very poor customer service :

Dangerous entry/exit from car park, would not recommend using. Park on Main road.
Easy access, parking not so good
